RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Design and optimization for the overall supply network in China
2.The supply base catering to local China requirement and have potential to provide products for Regional and Global requirements as well
3.Strategic sourcing / alliance (based on Product / Location / Capability)
4.Cost modeling for fast moving products
5.Linking with the Delphi Global Purchasing team in order to reach out to best suppliers & leveraging of volumes
6.Leading of expert teams to optimize supplier production process, ensure supplier capacities and reduce costs
7.Problem solving assignments for capacity restrictions, quality issues and productivity
8.Adherence to “Delphi Global Supply Management” policy & procedure
9.Strict compliance of “Internal Control” requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelor degree in engineering/automotive
2.Master degree preferred
3.Good communication skill, familiar with commercial terms, fluent in English
4.Knowledge of automotive production technologies (iron/alu casting, forging, injection molding etc.)
5.MS Office skills essential
6.No travel restrictions
