我们的产品通过虚拟化建模技术，为建筑行业在复杂的项目管理过程，缺陷管理，质量管理，以及工料测算上带来新的创新模式。本产品是iTWO下一代产品，系统内核是一套自主创新的企业内容管理系统与流程管理引擎，在其基础上搭建建筑行业项目管理软件，其突出优势是为客户快速量身搭建业务需求，配置流程管理。整个产品体系由Web应用程序，IOS与Android手机端应用程序，以及Windows Azure云平台组成。

Responsibility工作职责：

Support on recruiting, including resume searching, phone screen etc.
协助公司招聘任务，完成简历筛选，电话筛选等工作
Assist in developing recruiting channels including online and offline.
协助拓展招聘渠道包括线上线下
Assist in planning and organizing staff activities including birthday parties, football club etc.
协助企业员工活动的组织和策划，包括员工生日会，足球运动等等
Assist in other HR related job
协助其他HR相关工作

We're Expecting colleagues with职位要求：

Bachelor degree; major in Human Resources Management related.
本科以上学历，人力资源专业优先
Proficient in reading and written English; be able to adapt to English working environment.

Excellent skills in MS Office.

电话销售实习生Telemarketer intern

职位描述：优先考虑优秀本科在校生，RIB将对所有实习生提供系统的培训，实习生将配合销售部和市场部完成客户邀约任务，实习期间表现良好者可以申请市场部，人事部，财控部等2017年全职管理培训生。

岗位职责

1. 参加系统的培训，包括电话沟通，中英文文案编辑，建筑及IT行业专业知识培训。
1. Engage in systematic training, including telesales communication, Chinese and English edition, construction and IT industry training.
2. 根据公司营销活动要求，完成目标客户邀约任务；
2. Perform cold calls to potential customers and present the promotion of the client with the objective of scheduling them to attend a presentation;
3. 主动了解客户需求，并提供相对应的帮助和信息；
3. Listen to and understand the clients’ needs, provide appropriate assistance and information.
4. 定期维护客户关系，建立良好的企业品牌形象；
4. Maintain good relationship with customers regularly and establish a good corporation image.
5. 客户数据跟踪维护
5. Perform customer database tracking activities.

任职要求
1. 大专以上学历,专业不限
1. College degree is preferred, major is not limited.

2. 良好的英语听说读写能力，能接受英文的办公环境。

2. Good command of English, be able to work in English working environment.
3. 较强的沟通表达能力，客户服务意识以及问题解决能力
3. Strong demonstrated communication, strong sense of customer service, and problem solving skills
4. 良好的电话沟通技巧

Role responsibilities:

l Support on marketing research, including competitors information research, target clients research etc.协助市场信息搜索及分析，包括市场竞争者分析，目标客户群体信息等
