Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for developing new business in Shanghai/Shenzhen.
- Develop and execute strategies at retail, smart mobility, industry to maximize NXP solution and sales in such industry.
- Setup eco-system and partnership with industrial partner to provide solution to customer and enhance our position.
- Understand the customer‘s business strategy, opportunities and issues. Identify opportunities and help to tailor Value Propositions specifically for your customers.
- Represent and concept training to customer and partners, ensuring adequate priorities are set in order to execute against the strategy.
- Gather and communicate market/competitor information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree from top universities in Engineering.
- Top 20% ranking in GPA.
- Fresh graduates or electronics/system industry work experience less than 2 years.
- Prior internship or co-op experience in engineering or system integrators.
- Strong Commitment to a career in business development.
- Analytical approach to problem solving.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Travel frequently or rotation locations.
