Job Description:
-Responsible for the design of the analog/mixed signal IC circuits.
-Design experience or knowledge in PLL/SERDES/ADC including following circuit blocks are preferred:
1)Driver; Receiver; Serializer; Deserializer; Phase Interpolator;
2)Ring/LC-tank VCO, Charge Pump, clock divider, PFD;
3)Bias and Bandgap; Voltage Regulators;
4)System level modeling by matlab, C or Verilog-A.
-Position requires proficiency in using CAD tools for circuit simulation, layout, and physical verification.
Job Requirement
-Master/PHD degree, major in Micro-Electronics, Electronic Engineering or equivalent with competitive GPA or class ranking.
-Good personal communication skill and team-work spirit.
-Good communication and writing skills in English.
