Operation Trainee Program
a Operation Trainee at Cooper standard, during the two year program you will get to:

To gain broad knowledge of production, quality, process and logistics, you will start the trainee program with 6 months hands on experience right there on the shop floor.
After that, will rotate to other department to gain solid management and HR/FIN/Sales experience for 18 months.

What are my responsibilities?
- Accept trainings at different departments/functions and plants within 2 years, actively seek out assignments and other learning opportunities consistent with the development plan.
- Take full advantage of the training and assignment opportunities provided to further the career objectives;
- After training period, will be offered opportunities to work as process engineer, HSE engineer, quality engineer, HR specialist, shift production supervisor

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor degree or above majoring in Polymer, Material Science, Automotive, or related technical areas
- Rich experience in campus activities
- Work experience in manufacturing industry is preferred
- Good spoken and written English
