Job Requirement
1. Master degree holder in Optics, Electronical or related engineering discipline.
2. Good knowledge of optical communication related.
3. Good oral and writing English.
4. Strong practical and learning ability, self-motivated and good team player.
5. Willing to oversea travel for globe projects transfer/support.
Job Description
1. Responsible for alignment process transfer/co-development and improvement for advanced fiber-optical package products.
2. Provide technical support to manufacturing team for alignment processes and equipments to maintain operations and implement continuous improvement projects;
3. Carry out failure analysis, to trouble shoot and resolve technical problems and follow-up actions.
4. Prepare and update the process engineering documents such as process-flow chart, PFMEA, work instruction and etc.
5. Work with product design and cross functional team to ensure both new product manufacturing flow and upstream manufacturing processes meet DFM objectives.
