2016-2017 Semester Internship Program

The 2016-2017 Semester Internship Program (6-months) is designed for final year undergraduate and graduate students to acquire a full scale experience in investing business. We are recruiting for various intern positions in our investment team (private equity, research institute, and risk management), and business operation functions (IR/Communication, Talent Management, Public Affairs and Portfolio Development). The successful candidates will be an integral part of our teams and work closely with senior members of the firm. The intern will play a key role in supporting ongoing investment projects and day-to-day operations by performing solid research on different scales and managing relationships industry wide.

We make a strong commitment to the training and development of young talents. Interns are provided with opportunities to rapidly gain visibility and incremental responsibility with the organization. Formal training and just in time coaching are aligned to accelerate the growing process. Top performing interns will receive full time job offers at the end of the program.

Who We Are Looking For?

1.?????? Final year undergraduate and graduate students with superior academic achievements who are able to work fulltime for at least 6 months during the semester.

2.?????? Show strong passion for investing. Previous experiences in top tier investment banks, management consulting, investment management, and MNCs are essential.

3.?????? Demonstrate relentless intellectual curiosity and a strong drive to analyze problems in new ways and excel at highest level.

4.?????? Demonstrate ability to collaborate and develop relationships inside and outside the organization to enable effective completion of business objectives.

5.?????? Operate effectively in a multi-culture, fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment with a high degree of attention to details.

6.?????? Demonstrate strong written, oral, and presentation skills both in English and Chinese.
