You are welcome to join Ford Automotive Finance (China) as Operations Trainee!
Within this program, you will be assigned to key operations positions for learning and development and expect to graduate from the program as an expert in credit operations!

The Operation Trainee will go through functional trainings and job contribution during three assignments in key operation functions, with opportunities in projects and developmental tasks:
● Account Service Representative.
Answer inquiry from all customers, both retail customers and dealers and provide prompt and courteous service to them. For customers' complaint, provide professional and effective assistance to customers.
● Customer Service Representative
Ensure all delinquent contracts are followed in an effective and efficient manner, by focusing on delinquency control, portfolio management and collection productivity, while maintaining customer satisfaction.
● Dealer Service Analyst
Perform the credit underwriting assessments on retail credit applications received, ensuring that they follow FAFC purchasing guidelines and policies while maintaining FAFC's published turnaround times (i.e. They are being actioned in an efficient and controlled environment).

   接听客户的来电咨询，包含零售客户和经销商。为客户及时提供周到的服务。对于客户的投诉，提供专业及有效的协助。
● 账户服务专员
   确保有效地跟进所有的逾期客户，在保持客户满意度的情况下，主要从事逾期客户比率控制、逾期客户管理，提升催收效率等工作。
● 个人汽车贷款分析专员
   在有效和可控的环境下，且在公司承诺的时效里完成对分期融资贷款申请的信用评估, 并确保维持和遵循福特汽车金融（中国）有限公司
   关于分期融资贷款合约处理的指导方针和政策。

● University graduate with Finance or Business major preferred
● Willing and quick to learn.
● Professional, confident and non-confrontational negotiation skill.
● Good written and verbal English skills
● Strong inter-personal skills / good team player
● Willing to take challenge and work under stress
● Logical thinking and analytic skills
● Process driven and well organized
● PC skills
