Position：Refrigeration Engineer

Required Experience:          

- 1 yrs. Preference in Commercial refrigeration products industry

-1 yrs drawing design of Pro-E ,or UG ,solid works etc.

- Ability to plan & execute tasks independently

- Ability to analyzing test data and optimizing the refrigeration system

- Work with team spirit

Skill requirement:

- Hands on relevant experience in Refrigeration/HVAC field with strong technical knowledge in areas of refrigeration systems like - thermal expansion valves or electronic expansion valves.

- Experience in design / installation & Servicing / testing & validation of Refrigeration systems.

- Understanding of component sizing for various refrigeration system components like compressors, condensers, expansion devices, evaporators, fans, etc.

- Exposure to fundamentals of heat transfer and refrigeration system principles.

- The capillary system design experience.

-Good copper tube structure design

- Experience on alternate refrigeration systems is an added advantage.

- Experience in new products development cycle considered as plus.

Job Description:

1. Design & Development of Refrigerated equipment with prime focus on

2. System analysis.

3. Heat load calculations for new requirements.

4. System level design & component selection.

5. Problem analysis & resolution.

6. Components improvement, make drawings and DFMEA .  

7. Testing & validation.

8. Derive test plans based on DFMEA / needs.

9. Test coordination & execution.

10.Design or update the drawing based on the test and system request.

Position：Mechanical Engineer

Required Education: Bachelors or Master Degree in Mechanical engineering

Required Experience:          

- 3-5 yrs. experience in Food machine

- Ability to plan & execute tasks independently

-Excellent oral and written communication skills in English .

-Strong PC skills.

Skill requirement:

-Good Experience and knowledge in structure design of Sheet mental components, Plastic components

-Understanding of  GB relative to the mechanical design , ASTM  JIS  is plus

- 3D CAD modelling  and CAE simulation ability, good skill in Pro-E, UG etc.

- Understand the noise and vibration mechanism and can provide some solution to improve the noise and vibration issues

- Good communication and passion for work;

- Work with team spirit

Job Description:          

1. Works with team to design the structure and improve the current problems in productivity,

service and any required PCR from CRB meeting

2. Operates with internal and external Research and Development to assist in product development;

3. Find some solutions to solve the noise and vibration issues

4. Responsible to close out bottom neck issues on solutions designed including testing and coordination of the testing till issues are closed.

5. Problem analysis & resolution.

6. Components improvement , make drawings and  DFMEA .  

7. Testing & validation.

8. Derive test plans based on DFMEA / needs.

9. Test coordination & execution.  10. Reporting & decision making on testing.
