Responsibilities:

• Work with related product, design and application engineers to define, develop and ensure quality of testing methodologies.
• Develop test hardware and software for AMPD products, include automotive or non-auto products.
• Evaluate device characteristics.
• Assist Product Engineers and Device Engineers in product evaluation and qualification.
• Responsible for testing related SW (test program) & HW (probe card/load board) implementation from engineering to production on project schedule.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve production yield issues thru team work.
• Continue to reduce overall cost of test while maintaining production quality.
• Support production test partners such as FAB, FMO, foundry and test house.

Requirements:

• Master/Bachelor or Doctorate degree in electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• Knowledge of integrated circuits in CMOS technology and in software engineering.
• Experience in software development (C/C++, Perl, Visual Basic, Assembler).
• Basic skills in statistics.
• Test engineering experience on ATE e.g. Teradyne, LTX or Advantest 93K.
• Familiar with BIST, SCAN, DFT, DFA implementation schemes.
• Simulation of integrated circuits (VHDL, Verilog, Spice).
• Project and team-leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Configuration Management.
• Strong Team Player.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Negotiation and collaboration skills.
• Availability to travel (Europe, Asia, USA).
• Good knowledge of the English language.
