RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Develop new electronics products manufacturing processes, identify and control critical process specification for Navi radio/Cluster/ECU/BCM products
2.Plan, budget, and procure manufacturing equipment
3.Install and try-out manufacturing process on equipment
4.Design and develop manufacturing assembly fixtures and equipment to support prototype development and production run
5.Document manufacturing equipment and process standard specification
6.Apply CAE and CAM technologies
7.Collect data to verify and validate manufacturing process capability prior to each build
8.Provide design engineering with manufacturing plan to optimize product cost
9.Participate as a key member in product development team
10.Exercise sound engineering judgment

REQUIREMENTS:
Hard Skill Requirement
1.B.S Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation
2.Experienced in Automotive electronics product manufacturing process solutions
3.Be familiar with SMT, Soldering, Welding, Assembly Process Technology
4.Be familiar with IPC standard, electronics product design standard
5.Be familiar with PFMEA, Error Proofing, SPC control
6.Be familiar with Six Sigma & lean methodology
7.Be familiar with APQP & PPAP procedure
8.Be familiar with TS16949 or VDA 6.3

Soft Skill requirement
1.Comprehensive technical English reading/writing and verbal communication skills are required
2.Good understanding of audio, telecommunication, and consumer electronics products will be an added advantage
3.With task and project planning skill
4.With positive people interface attitude
