Its business scope consists of development, manufacturing, assembly and selling of automotive steering systems and related key components. BOSCH HUAYU’s main products include all types of rack & pinion steering systems, such as hydraulic power steering gear (HPS), dual-pinion electrical power steering gear (EPSdp), column electrical power steering gear (EPSc), axial-parallel electrical power steering gear (EPSapa) and relevant components.   BOSCH HUAYU is a joint venture co-invested by Robert Bosch Automotive Steering GmbH (with 51% share) and HUAYU Automotive Systems Co., Ltd. (with 49% share). The total investment reaches 446.13 million dollars and the registered capital 69.52 million dollars.
