Secretary/秘书 (全职) – 德勤上海所 (面向应届毕业生或有1年以上工作经验者)
Responsibilities:
· Provide professional secretarial support to partner and to ensure that effective communication and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
· Demonstrate professional presence in order to effectively communicate with PDs/Leaderships from both within the firm.
· Coordinate and schedule the Partner's extensive business travels and carrying out the procedure of reimbursement after trip, hotel bookings as well as car pick up arrangement.
· Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences including global conference call/video meetings. Manage the calendar and schedule meetings at times that work best. Also responsible for reminders of upcoming meeting dates with time and location.
· Schedule, prepare and support meetings, workshops, conferences, team building etc., processing and following up on results.
· Visitors reception and logistic arrangement
· Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualification:
· Good command of English.
· Good communication (both verbally and in written word )/coordination skill with partners/staffs/ team members of different levels
· Highly motivated, results driven, with the ability to demonstrate problem solving and decision making skills
· Nice personality
