The Job Responsibilities

 

1. Location: Shanghai

 

2. Reporting to: Partner

 

3.Direct report(s):   TBD

 

4.Function(s):

 

1.Support Nationwide Executive Coaching Projects and Training Projects Shanghai nearby

 

2.Cultivate Shanghai client relationship

 

3.Maintain and manage coaches’ pool systematically on date to date basis

 

 

 

Preferred Candidate Profile

 

1. Nationality: Flexible

2. Education: Bachelor degree from a prestigious

University, Master Degree as a plus

3. Languages: Mandarin and English

4. Age: 22 - 27 years old

 

5.Skills and Knowledge:

 

Interpersonal skills;

Customer service oriented;

Strong learning skills;

Problem solving skills;

 

Fluent English;

 

Ability to work with people and passion to succeed.
