岗位职责：

-参与高端人才寻访，招聘外包，人才市场分析，校园招聘等各项招聘项目

-为不同咨询项目挖掘渠道及提供信息，并及时向相关部门传递

-建立最佳渠道，优化不同招聘渠道从而获得更多有效人才

-对简历进行评估，为客户提供更多有效候选人

-与客户保持常规沟通，跟进候选人应聘进程

-管理招聘过程中涉及的各项数据，确保数据的完整性和准确性

 

任职要求：

-本科及以上学历

-积极而开放的心态，乐于拥抱变化

-结果导向，执行力突出

-对招聘及人才管理有兴趣

-优秀的中文口语及书面表达能力

-本科及以上学历

-学生干部优先

-英文听说读写能力突出者优先
