One opportunity available is to join Dell’s Supply Chain Development Program (SCDP), a global three year rotational program aimed at developing broad supply chain knowledge at the start of your career. The program combines three, one year rotations with coursework to further enhance your knowledge base throughout your rotations.
This opportunity offers a wide breadth of experiences and an advanced knowledge of Dell’s supply chain. You will have networking opportunities with managers and executives, career development planning, soft skill training, developmental workshops, and a robust feedback/performance review process.
