Welcome to BMW China Services Ltd.!

Starting January 2017 we offer interesting internship positions in our ‘Purchasing & Supplier Network Asia' division, with challenging tasks such as: support for various strategic purchasing and quality projects, steering and preparation of top management presentations, internal event planning, setup and maintenance of databases, etc. 

During your stay you will have the chance to gain deep insights into BMW purchasing and our quality network. The experience working in an international environment will allow you to apply your academic knowledge and expertise in challenging projects!

Qualifications:

§  Background in Business Administration, Engineering or IT (Final year Bachelor, Master or MBA)

§  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

§  Fluent in English - German is a plus

§  Team player & communication skills

§  Affinity to automotive industry

§  Availability for at least 3 days per week (9am - 6pm)

§  Internship duration: 3 - 6 months

For international applicants:

§  Must be enrolled with an X1-Visa

§  Studying for a degree in a Beijing university for the whole duration of the internship

§  University needs to provide opportunity for students to do an internship

§  Previous internships required

In 1994 April, BMW Group established the representative office in Beijing, which is recognized as BMW's official entry to Chinese market. In 2005 October, BMW China Automotive Trading Ltd. was established as another milestone of BMW's long term commitment to Chinese market.

By both import and local production, BMW has introduced all product series to Chinese market including 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, X, Z, M series as well as MINI and Rolls-Royce brands. In the year of 2010, BMW has sold 168,998 cars in Mainland China, which made China the 3rd largest market in BMW's global sales network.

1994年4月，宝马集团在华设立代表处-宝马汽车公司北京代表处，标志着宝马集团正式进入大中华区市场。2005年10月，宝马（中国）汽车贸易有限公司成立，它的成立是宝马集团对中国市场长期承诺的又一里程碑。

目前，通过进口与沈阳工厂的生产，BMW全系列车型，包括BMW 1系、3系、5系、6系、7系、X系、Z系、高性能M系， MINI及Rolls-Royce汽车在中国大陆均有销售。在2010年，宝马汽车在中国大陆的销量达到168,998辆，使中国跃升为宝马全球第三大市场。
