核心使命：你需要为我们的客户创造一个积极的氛围，并帮助他们成功地达成他们的学习目标同时保证高质量的客户满意度。在EF的学习方法模型的框架下为客户提供定制化的学习方案和建议，并帮助客户在整个学习过程中完成他们的学习目标。你需要积极与销售团队合作并负责内部资源销售管理和退款流程控制。

Be responsible for creating a welcoming center atmosphere for customers, assistingcustomers to successfully reach their learning objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction. Be able to provide customers with tailor-made study advices within the framework of EF learning methodology, and help customers set and meet their learning goals throughout their study course. Liaising with Course Consultant and beingresponsible for contributing to retention revenue and refund control.

We want you to be an excellent Sales Team Leader in maximum of 18 months, which means you are not fighting on you own, you will be the leader of a team to achieve a bigger business success.

 

Career path of Operation Future Leader:

Service Consultant → Progress Manager → Progress Manager Team Leader → Operation supervisor → Operation Manager → Center General Manager or other career opportunities in EF

 

We want you to be a brilliant Progress Manager Team Leader in maximum of 18 months. You will be a leader of a team to win great reputation from our client.

 

 

[What will we offer you?]

lCompetitive salary system:

Sales Future Leader: Base pay + sales bonus + sales commission. If you become a Course Consultant Team Leader at estimated 18^th month, your total annual salary will be CNY 250,000 around.

Operation Future Leader: Base pay + performance bonus. If you become a PM Team Leader at estimated 18^th month, your total annual salary will be CNY 100,000 around.
