Job Requirements :
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Good competence to communicate, express and execute;
3. Work actively and takes initiative, work efficiently under pressure and maintain team spirit;
4. Fluent in Chinese & English communication skills;
5. English proficiency basic requirements: CET-6 / TOEIC 750 / IELTS 6.
Job Description & Qualifications:
1. Book the flights and hotels, arrange pick-up with drivers, answer telephones, reimburse the business strip fee/rent and daily expenditure, request the products, etc.in order to ensure administrative operation timely and accurately;
2. Arrange the telephone conference, book the meeting room, set up the projector, and prepare the accommodation of meeting attendance, etc., in order to ensure meeting operation smoothly;
3. Follow up the status of project approval forms, payment request forms, etc.; arrange the fax/ storage; provide assistance to relative issues of the department;
4. Integrate, produce and store all kinds of documents to ensure the accurate and timely archives;
5. Import data to purchase system for employees’ usage monthly, reimbursing system and other payment system; be responsible for office stationery supplies, supporting staff activities to ensure the accurate and timely administrative process;
6. Complete the associated jobs of department assigned by the coach and mentor.
