Job Description & Qualifications：

1. Coordinator of training courses with each department;
2. Establish and enhance the efficient training system to develop the business;
3. Improve the training management constantly;
4. Carry out the training management system;
5. Inspire the sales partners and employees according to the NSII training strategy;
6. Evaluate the results and outcomes of different training content after each training;
7. Find out the effective method to develop the talents.
