Delphi is seeking qualified and motivated candidates to join the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) which is designed to develop Delphi's next generation of leadership.
The program offers key finance development positions, an extensive finance and leadership training program, meaningful interaction with senior leadership both inside and outside of finance organization, and positions across the scope of Delphi's global operations.
For master graduates, the program consists of three rotations, with at least one as an international assignment. For MBA graduates, the program consist of two rotations, with one as an international assignment. FLDP program are throughout the finance organization, both centrally and within our divisions, in all functions across the finance organization, including:
?Accounting
?Corporate Development (M&A and strategy)
?Financial Planning & Analysis
?Internal Audit
?Investor Relations
?Tax
?Treasury
Qualifications:
?Finance or accounting majors strongly preferred
?Minimum GPA of 3.2/4.0
?Strong analytical and problem solving skills
?Detail oriented
?Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines
?Exellent written and verbal skills
?Leadership capability- campus or other organization leadership experience ideal
