RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Preplanning manufacturing system design
2.Drawing study, technical clarification and documentation
3.Communicate to and understand customers or SCR requirements
4.Conduct method study, preplanning, PFMEA and capacity analysis for projects
5.Organize engineering change implementation
6.Create and maintain BOM
7.Prepare WI, Cutting plan, board layout and Buggy plan
8.Cost analyze for new project and CR
9.Ensure process readiness for SOP and conduct continuous improvement
10.Lead continuous efforts in efficiency, quality, PFP improvements
11.Ensure no loss due to engineering mistakes
12.Define the solutions for nonconforming material
13.Provide technical support to other departments
14.Coordinate with ME for tooling design and readiness
15.Implement DMS requirement in manufacturing system
16.Back up for other IE engineers
17.Conduct relative training for employee
18.Fulfill other responsibility assigned by supervisors

REQUIREMENTS:
1.University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, Industrial engineering is preferred
2.Good English speaking and writing
3.Familiar with computer (Excel, Word and AutoCAD)
4.Good coordinating and leading ability
5.Ability of design and solve process problem by oneself
