周原是西周王朝的发祥之地，周人居此建邦立国，孕育了光耀华夏的礼乐文化，创造了称雄于世的青铜文明，“周原膴膴，堇荼如饴”《诗经·大雅·绵》用史诗般的语言赞美周原，1982年被国务院公布为第二批全国重点文物保护单位。宝鸡市周原博物馆位于宝鸡市扶风县法门镇召陈村，为宝鸡市文物旅游局直属全额事业单位，主要负责周原遗址保护管理、文物收藏保护、科研展示和公共文化普及活动。2016年11月，新建的周原国际考古研究基地将正式对外开放。因工作需要，面向社会公开招聘讲解人员。

2、学历：国家承认的全日制大专及以上学历；

3、年龄：年龄25周岁以下；

4、身高：女：1.60米以上；男：1.70米以上。

5、形象：五官端正，身材匀称，气质佳，符合招聘单位所需的文博专业的优先考虑。

薪金待遇

1、培训试用期为三个月，在此期间发放培训试用期工资。

2、培训试用期满考核合格后上岗。工资构成为：底薪 提成 其他补助。
