【招聘职位/Job positions】

1. Shanghai- Automotive Application Engineer

Responsibilities:

· Develop complete solution for automotive customers especially in China region, including but not limited to hardware ref boards, software codes, documents.

· Provide on-site design service to customer as necessary, conduct technical training to customers as well as internal team

· Provide product level application support to regional field engineers, mainly on automotive MCU with 32bit ARM architecture and analog integration.

· Work as center of technical expertise in the region for the high potential application areas such as Advanced Drive Assistant System (ADAS)

· Join the validation of new products; develop application notes and other enablement.

· As part of the global application organization, work effectively across departments to help customer overcome technical barriers and save development time/cost.

Requirements:

· Master or doctor degree in relevant disciplines, such as electronics/electrical engineering, microelectronics, embedded system, computer science, automotive electronics etc;

· Hardware and Software design experience with microcontrollers required, experience with Freescale MCU preferred

· Good knowledge of 32 Bit MCU architectures such as ARM or PowerPC architectures

· Good knowledge of automotive applications such as DC/BLDC motor control, CAN/LIN communications.

· The candidate who can meet one or more criteria as below are strongly preferred:

· Experience of project management, passion for getting things done as well as pushing organization to preset direction;

· Strong embedded system SW capability such as OS, device driver, multi-core interaction, CPU core and instruction set knowledge;

· Intensive DSP knowledge, experience on algorithm development, modeling, model based tool (such as Matlab);

· Experience on Automotive system engineering such as ECU design, Motor control, auto networking

· Strong interpersonal skills, able to comfortably work with multiple internal teams across global as well as customers

· Attitude of enthusiasm, curiosity, continuous learning, and desire for success as a team

· Fluent verbal and written English

2. Shanghai- Automotive Technical Marketing Engineer for ADAS

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for Automotive ADAS products (including automotive Radar, and Vision) demand creation in Greater China.

· Develop & execute marketing planning & strategies for ADAS products in Great China

· Work closely with product line in headquarters, with sales and application engineering in achieving revenue and design in/win targets & accurate forecasting.

· Engage with key customers and distributors as part of strategic relationship building

· Explore new business opportunities, evaluates feasibility, prepare business case and execute

· Initiate & manage new product launches in Greater China.

· Work with team on seminars & exhibitions

Requirements:

· Electronics Engineering Degree (Master and above)

· Knowledge of Radar, vision recognition, etc. Good understanding of Automotive ADAS applications is a plus.

· Knowledge in hardware and software for embedded MCU, experience with NXP MCU preferred.

· Experience for marketing and commercial awareness is a plus

· An understanding of the automotive electronics application and products.

· Excellent presentation and communication skills coupled with good interpersonal skills

· Customer focused outlook

· Team working mindset and ability

· Familiarity with Microcontroller products

· Strong organizational and planning skills

· Willingness to travel frequently

3. Shanghai- RF Marketing Engineer

Responsibilities:

· Work closely with product line to deliver the “best in Class” product going to market, of the well-matched performance and launch schedule.

· Initiate NPIs to global portfolio team, after understand customer demand completely. Create business case for each NPIs which are related to customers of China region.

· Establish and maintain trustworthy customer relationship, leveraging field engagement.

· Clear-minded of customer’s real demand for short/long term. Set up the best pricing strategy with BL product/portfolio manager.

· Coordinate the resource of global R&D NPI pipelines and local technical support, to driver the strategy to ensure our products in best position for most DW and revenues projection.

· Market and competitive assessment in global-wide view. Market intelligence from multi-channels and market trend analysis in dynamic business environment.

· Take responsible for some campaigns/DRI in China region, and work out the corresponding Go-to-Market strategies.

· Track record with sales team on design wins, orders and billing management.

Requirements:

· Master degree of RF/MW/EE/Telecom or related majors. MBA plus bachelor of engineering, is a plus.

· Good knowledge of wireless infrastructure, PA architecture, DPD, RF system, and various die process technologies used in active devices.

· Excellent communication skills is MUST. Efficiently and effectively collaborate with across function teams to achieve the objective and success.

· Self-directed to customer demand in complicated environment, with influence to decision makers of key DWs. Result-oriented personality with an open and collaborative style and approach.

· Very fast reaction in new situation. Business drive pro-actively and well alignment of overall company culture and strategy.

· Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
