RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Interface as engineering team with customer, negotiate all engineering issue with customer;
2.Responsible HEV/EV HV Electrical System 3D design /exist products selection/products initial validation;
3.Lead the team to develop new components and validation, including HV cable/HV connector/channel/bracket/grommet etc.
4.Responsible HV harness DFMEA/DV prepare and negotiate with customer;
5.Responsible for specific advanced develop project in HEV/EV Electrical System area;

REQUIREMENTS:
1.B.S./M.S. on Electrical engineering, automation and control
2.Have experience and good understanding for vehicle products development process, familiar with engineering document (BOM /Drawing etc.);
3.Familiar with CATIA or UG;
4.Good analysis and problem solving skills;
5.Good language skills in oral and written English;
