RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Lead/support cost and quality improvement activities that are related to the product design.
2.Translate customer requirements into specified design criteria. Initiate CVM
3.Lead DFMEA activity from project initiation through to the life of the product.
4.Develop product design concepts/solutions that meet customer/Delphi/Industry requirements/standards.
5.Product line Bill of Design is utilized in developing design concepts and solutions.
6.Support product costing activities through iQRF process.
7.Create and maintain product Bill Of Material
8.Provide technical input to ensure proper test and validation plans are developed and implemented.
9.Utilize I&CIM processes to efficiently resolve technical issues.
10.Participate in Project Team activities
11.Communicate design direction and review technical issues with customers
12.Ensure that product design activities meet timing and cost targets,
13.Understand and follow Product Design Release Engineer tasks and responsibilities per the Product Development Process.
14.Understand and follow Delphi’s Divisional Engineering Procedures, as well as CTC site procedures.
15.Phase 3 Product Engineering responsibilities:
-Lead product engineering activities in manufacturing plant.
-Support daily production of responsible product.
-Manage product activities related to manufactory.
-Work with cross-functional team on emergency issues on related products.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
1.Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

Experience/Special Skills:
1.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
2.Excellent language skills in oral and written English and Mandarin
3.Automobile industry products are preferred.
4.Self-motivated, hard working, countable, good team player.
