陕西省“丝绸之路青年学者论坛”分会场 暨西安建筑科技大学“雁塔学者论坛” Shaanxi Silk Road International Symposium for DistinguishedYoung Scholars & XAUAT Yanta Scholars Forum 举办时间：2016年12月20日至23日 Date: Dec.20-23, 2016 一、论坛简介 Introduction 1 . “丝绸之路青年学者论坛” “丝绸之路青年学者论坛”是陕西省委省政府主办的青年学者论坛，论坛主题是以人才强国战略为指引，贯彻习近平总书记提出的“聚天下英才而用之”思想，立足于陕西建设创新型省份的实际需要，招揽全球青年才俊来陕创新创业，为丝绸之路经济带建设发展提供人才支撑。主论坛由陕西省委省政府主办，分会场由在陕高校承办。 Silk Road International Symposium forDistinguished Young Scholars SRIS (Silk Road International Symposium forDistinguished Young Scholars) is a symposium for young scholars hosted byShaanxi provincial government. Guided by the strategy of reinvigorating Chinathrough human resource development, SIRS aims to implement the concept of "recruitingglobal talents and realizing their full potential", which is proposed byPresident Xi Jinping. It is established to meet the practical demand ofbuilding Shaanxi to an innovative province and, through recruitment of globalyouth and entrepreneurship, provide intellectual support to the development ofSilk Road Economic Belt. The main symposium is sponsored by Shaanxi provincialgovernment while branch symposiums are co-sponsored by universities in Shaanxi. 2．“雁塔学者论坛” “雁塔学者论坛”是借助陕西省“丝绸之路青年学者论坛”，由西安建筑科技大学主办的人才引进论坛，旨在邀请海内外优秀人才，就相关领域的前沿科技热点问题进行学术讨论和交流，促进与会学者与我校相关学科教师建立联系和合作，加深与会学者对西安建筑科技大学的全面了解，促成海内外优秀人才来校建功立业。 我校雁塔校区毗邻唐代著名建筑艺术杰作大雁塔，学校设“雁塔学者”岗位，取其引贤聚才、登高望远之意，亦与我校建设国际知名国内高水平大学的奋斗目标契合。 Yanta Scholars Forum Based on SRIS, Yanta Scholars Forum is atalent-introduction forum hosted by XAUAT. It is aimed at inviting globaltalents and conducting exchanges and discussions on frontline issues in relatedfields. It contributes to the establishment of cooperation and connectionbetween teachers from XAUAT and other institutes, the comprehensiveunderstanding of XAUAT by related scholars as well as recruitment of excellenttalents. XAUAT is adjacent to the famousarchitecture masterpiece of Tang dynasty, Dayan pagoda. Therefore, with a greatexpectation of recruiting talents, XAUAT provide positions for Yanta Scholars,which is in compliance with the goal of being a high-level university with aninternational fame. 二、涉及学科领域 2. Special Information SRIS charges no registration fees. Domesticand international travel expenses will be reimbursed for invited scholars.Accommodation and airport/railway station ground transportation will beprovided. Applicant should book flight tickets (with RMB) after receiving theofficial invitation letter and send the receipt to secretariat in a timelymanner, then the transportation and accommodation will be arranged by thesecretariat. Introduction to XAUAT XAUAT (Xi'an University ofArchitecture and Technology) is one of the eight well-known civil engineeringand architecture universities in China and a key university affiliated to theformer Ministry of Metallurgy.
