* Participate intechnology development, transfer, and ramp activities to meet yield,reliability, cost, and device performance goals;

* Drive and prioritizeintegrated experiments to troubleshoot and optimize process flows;

* Own particularsections of process flow, and responsible for its optimization, cost reduction,and performance improvement goals;

* Maintain and driveprocess qualification matrix and deliverables;

* Working with ProcessEngineering to improve process stability and capability as well as reducedefects.

Qualifications:

* Master/PhD degree of ChemicalEngineering, Mechanical Engineering, ElectricalEngineering, MaterialsScience, Microelectronics, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent majors.

* Graduating in 2017

* Strong understanding of structural and processintegration

* Proven ability to communicate and present technical materialeffectively

* Strong verbal and written communication skillsin English
