Description

* Disposition of SWR, QDR,Excursion, downgraded and conversion material

* Maintain a downgrade pareto and drive for reduction in the amount of material through process improvements

* Central communicator for any return materials authorization (RMA) received from Corporate/Customer/Subcom

* Drive for RMA resolution of root cause, preventive and continuous improvements

* Define and maintain a disposition file with appropriate Param/Probe register limits for all qualified products

* Work closely with the process areas to identify and contain excursion material

* Perform risk assessments of deviated material with Product Quality and     Reliability (Product QnR), Product Quality Assurance (PQA), Process Integration (PI), Process Engineering (PE)

* Formulae data collection plan and collect data

* Disposition of affected product based on risk assessment and data collected

* Help define and communicate improvements to prevent excursions

* Prioritize critical excursions, conversions, SWR, and qualification material based on QA, PI,and PE input

* Manage QA requests and QA holds

* Monitor, and maintain critical downgrade criteria and limits

* Review and audit all critical parametric on a periodic basis

Qualifications:

* Strong data analysis skills and problem solving skills.

* Familiarity with basic semiconductor processing, MOS transistor structure operations, device physics, product testing.

* Ability to perform risk assessments for deviated material and effectively present technical data.

* Understanding SPC and process capability.

* Ability to develop, implement, and maintain quality and reliability specifications.

* Ability to multi task projects simultaneously.

* Bachelor’s Degree or above. Prefer material science, electronic engineering, physics and chemical engineering education background.
