Job Description:
As a Product Engineering Characterization Engineer at Micron's Shanghai Design Center, you will work in a highly innovative and motivated design team using state of the art memory technologies to advance and test DRAM Memory products. Micron’s global sites.
Responsibilities:
As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will contribute to Work with other product engineering and circuit design engineers to design, document, implement, execute and analyze test patterns to characterize Micron DRAM products based on specification. Work with circuit design engineers to run test and review for accuracy and competency, deliver product qualification reports and graphs, and conduct follow-up analysis as needed. Analyze the issues captured by test patterns with circuit design engineers. Opportunity to monitor the whole life cycle of DRAM products, from first silicon to the final delivery to customer. Deep involvement in developing and enhancing the emergent Automated Testing Platform to improve the work efficiency. Of course you will also work closely with Micron's various design teams in US and other countries and leverage vast resources available throughout
Requirements:
· College degree (or above) in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering and Automation Control or other related engineering field.
· Willing to develop his/her future career in product design and test.
· Strong hands-on and problem solving ability.
· Self-motivated, and quick learner.
· Knowledge of DRAM technology, flash technology or storage interface protocols is a strong plus.
· Coding skills using C / C++ or python, good understanding of data structure and algorithms is a strong plus.
· Score requirement: passed all the tests not including makeup score.
· English language skill in writing and speaking.
· CET6.
· Has good communication and team work spirit
· Can present at duty 3-5 days per week
Education:
· MS degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science or other related engineering field.
