Responsibility (岗位职责)：
1. Conduct the market search through different channels
通过不同的渠道进行市场范围的搜寻
2. Make the cold call and communicate mostly through the telephone.
日常主要通过电话与候选人进行沟通，包括打陌生电话
3. Communicate with candidates and keep good relationship with potential candidates.
与候选人沟通，并维护好与候选人的关系
4. Updating candidates’ CV and inputting CV to the database, in order that assist building up the recruiting pool.
及时更新候选人简历并将获得的简历归档进数据库，以完善人才库
5. Get involved in some other relevant responsibilities.
处理其它相关工作事宜
Requirement (岗位要求)：
1. Bachelor degree or above
本科及以上学历
2. Smart, hardworking and quick learner
聪明 努力 好学
3. Good command of both written and communicable Spoken English
良好的英语沟通能力
4. Strong Self-motivation with particular sense of responsibility
良好的自我驱动能力和责任感
5. Prefer telephone sales and good sales experience with related expertise
