Working with defect reduction, integration, YA and QE to improve product quality and yield. 管理设备日常维护及异常处置。与工艺集成工程师，品质管理工程师，缺陷工程师及良率工程师共同努力，提升产品品质及良率。 Working with Transferring site to improve tool and process performance, reduce cost, and increase both capacity and flexibility in receiving Fab. 与技术转移方密切合作，不断提高设备性能及工艺指标，降低成本，提升产能及其灵活性。 Working on tool selection, facility design and installation at new technology start up and ramping. 负责新技术设备选型，规划厂务需求，安装新设备，提升产能。 Working and leading manufacturing team to develop innovative solutions to improve execution and efficiency in a high-volume manufacturing environment. 负责提升制造部技术员设备及工艺技能，为提升生产效率及执行力提供创造性解决方案。 Qualification: 求职条件： Master/PhD degree of physics, material, and chemistry, electrical, micro electrical, optics, mechanical and automation related engineering majors or equivalent majors. 物理、材料、化学、电子、微电子、光学、机械及自动化等工程领域相关专业的硕士毕业生或博士毕业生； Graduating in 2017 毕业于2017年； Proven ability in logical thinking, be able to communicate in technical effectively 具备较强的逻辑思维能力，能够有效的沟通技术问题 Strong verbal and written skills in English 具备较强的英语听、说、读、写能力 | ||||||||||
