Responsibilities工作职责：
- Ensure HW design task delivery in time according to the ECU schedule
- 根据ECU系统开发进度安排，确保硬件部分及时交付
- Perform HW Requirements Development and Management according to RE Process
- 依据需求管理进程，完成硬件需求的开发管理
- Track and control HW design related changes
- 跟踪和控制硬件部分的相关变化
- Identify necessity of new components not covered by the module development and report to HW function developer
- 对不包含在模块中的新元件，鉴别其必要性，并报告给硬件功能开发人员
- Identify and implement Component Changes relevant for the project
- 识别并执行与项目相关的元件的变化
- Create ECU circuit diagram, Bill Of Materials and its documentation in time
- 及时创建ECU线路图、材料清单和相关文档
- Perform calculations & simulations for project specific parameters and functions and document this appropriately
- 针对项目的特定参数和功能，完成算法和仿真
- Ensure accordance of layout to layout hints, Identify risks and report to the ECU-PCM and TPM
- 确保布局和提示相一致, 鉴定风险并汇报给TPM
- Involve FMEA moderator in Product Design FMEA
- 在产品FMEA中担任监督人
- Perform technical analysis triggered by defects
- 对存在的缺陷进行技术分析
Requirements任职要求：
- Master degree in Electrical, Electronics or in Automotive Engineering
- 学士/硕士学历，电气、电子及自动化工程相关专业
- Have experience for hardware project development is preferred, detailed design experience with microcontroller and analog circuits, CAN or Lin experience is preferred (not mandatory).
- 拥有硬件开发经验，掌握微处理器、模拟电路、CAN和LIN总线协议者优先
- Experience with logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and in-circuit emulators
- 熟练使用逻辑分析仪、示波器以及在线仿真器等设备
- Good communication and English both in oral and written
- 良好的英语口语表达和书面沟通能力
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in the development projects
- 在项目开发中，有跨职能工作的能力
- Initiative and responsible. Team-working and capability of analysis and problem-solving
- 积极主动，有责任感，具有良好的团队合作精神及分析问题、解决问题的能力
