Responsibilities:
- Support on HR project
- Maintain HR dashboard for information exchange
- Responsible for inspiring working condition and environment
- HR frontier knowledge and best practice sharing within team
- Benchmark HR process efficiency and effectiveness with internal and external (data analysis, agility, standardization)
- Organize internal communication session
- Support and coordinate on HR strategy realization
- HR promotion and branding
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirement:
- Master degree in business management and commercial background, preferably comprehensive background
- Minimum 6 months internship experience in multinational company or experience in responsible for campus union activity
- Eager to learn new things at in-depth level and share innovative idea
- Collaboration and influence
- Critical thinking, reflection and challenge authority
- Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skill
- Good communication, negotiation, influencing and problem solving skills in either Internal or External
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Self-motivated, strong sense of responsible, initiative, able to work independent and under pressure, to achieve the requested timing and quality of assigned tasks
- Proficient in MS Office, statistics tool usage and SAP system
