Responsibilities工作职责：
- Create design specification documents and component test specifications,
- 创建设计规范文档和组件测试规范；
- Ensure the fulfillment of component specifications via assessment of components qualification tests results,
- 通过评估组件质量测试结果以确保组件规范的实现；
- Participate actively to technical discussions with components suppliers,
-积极参与与零部件供应商的技术讨论；
- Initiate necessary engineering changes and support implementation.
- 启动必要的工程变更和支持实施。
Requirements 任职要求：
- Master degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent,
- 硕士及以上学历，机械工程及相关专业；
- Knowledge of Li-Lon Battery mechanical,
- 熟悉锂电池相关机械设计；
- Knowledge on FMEA and DRBFM,
- 熟悉FMEA和DRBFM；
- Knowledge on specification of FMEA analysis,
- 拥有FMEA规范分析知识；
- Self motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit,
- 积极主动，优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
- English written and verbal,
- 英语听说读写流利；
- Willingness to work and interact in international teams.
- 积极融入并在国际化的团队中发挥作用。
