Job Description:
> Responsible for the validation of a portion of locally supported BU project teams
> Initiate validation kickoff meetings and readiness reviews with BU project teams
> Review customer specifications, negotiate (if necessary) final validation requirements, and develop final test plan
> Attend design reviews or use technical experience to identify potential testing issues
> Create quotation for all aspects of validation (reliability, EMC, test equipment, and supporting functions) for BU
> Provide regular validation updates to BU customer during validation
> Ensure that all validation related issues are addressed via formal problem solving processes (e.g. 8D)
> Ensure timely completion of tests in both internal and external laboratories and negotiate test schedules as required
> Complile and submit final test reports
Job Requirement:
> Bachelor degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
> Have good command of both oral and written English
> Ability to work with individuals from different cultural or national backgrounds
