Job Description:
> Work on development projects according to the agreed project plans in cooperation with other relevant departments and the customer in order to fulfill the specifications needed
> Ensure that all the documentations and the monitoring of development process and the detailed product description are done according to the rules of TS16949
> Research new raw material resource and type of development new product for automotive trim material new function
> Define conditions for trials of new raw materials in cooperation with the purchasing department of BC/BK and the R&D department of BK
> Create feasible specifications for raw materials/ in process/finished products for relative departments
> Define standard formulation and standard raw material type with global material development team
> Support the marketing department by technical acquisition
> Support the quality and production department in solving quality problems and customer complaints relative with raw material issue
> Support BCC raw material development
> Responsible for raw material localization and new material development
> Responsible for cost improved
Job Requirement:
> Master degree in Chemistry
> Have good knowledge in ploymer processing
