Job Description:
> Support the optimization of production processes in plants and prototyping shop in collaboration with development, technology department and equipment suppliers
> Define and decide alternative processes for cost- and quality improvements
> Write equipment specifications
> Source equipment together with the production plant and purchasing
> Plan and project production equipment together with Plant Industrial Engineering
> Statistical analysis of conducted experiment
> Define, perform and  evaluate machine capability studies (cmk, cpk)
> Documentation of results out of DOE, machine capability studies, tests

Job Requirement:
> Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering, preferred in the field of Mechanics or Electronics
> At least basic knowledge in the field of hard soldering (brazing), welding, screwing, dispensing, balancing or similar processes
> Knowledge in DOE, SPC, MFU, PFMEA
> Basic understanding of financial relations, like cost of ownership, depreciation, manufacturing costs
> Good written and spoken English skills
> Eager to travel and work abroad (North China, Germany) up to several weeks
