Job Description:
> Organize and participate advanced planning of new/changed product/process, including definition of equipment, facilities, toolings, processes, capacity, cycletimes, outputs and headcounts etc.
> Establish technical documents as Work Instructions, process flow plans and FMEAs etc.
> Organize acceptance of equipment and validation of process, implement study and improvement of machine and process capability
> Detect and analyze defects and weakpoints in production, define economical and reliable solutions
> Monitor and control process, optimize product quality, inspection and test, process efficiency, process parameters and euipment condition etc.
> Participate preparation of equipment and purchasing of spareparts
> Participate determination of inventory of spareparts
> Participate establishment of equipment and tooling predictive and preventive maintenance plans
> Project management and communication
> Participate preparation of investment plan and budget
> Attend regular project meeting, make communication among related functions
> Be offered job rotation opportunities after training

Job Requirement:
> Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering or other related
> Have good command of both oral and written English ,CET-6 is a plus
> Be a good team worker
> Have good communication skills
