Major Accountabilities:
-Provide the supporting to coordinate all the human resources initiatives, ensure all HR policies, procedures and programs are consistently administered and enforced in line with company goals
-Establish and coordinate the recruiting planning, arrange the interviews with identified candidates and follow-up work
-Arrangement and coordinating of internal & external training course
-Support on C&B, employee relationship, maintenance of HRIS system
-Communication with global HR and preparation the documents work
-Other task assigned by report line
Major Qualifications:
-Bachelor or Master degree, prefer major in Human Resource, English, Finance, and etc.
-Proficient in English, especially good at verbal and written communication
-Strong skills at Office tools like Excel processing, PPT, Word etc.
-Good communication & result driven
-Be open, smart, patience, full of passion
-High emotion quotient.
