Manufacturing Workstation Engineer 工位工程毕业培训生

工作地点：Nanjing

所属部门：Manfacturing

工作职责：

•      Constraint and downtime analysis;

•      Industrial Engineering Knowledge;

•      Work station improvement. Line balance improvement;

•      Line Side Material Handling improvements;

•      Operating patterns;

•      Line simulation/Complexity;

•      Work balance charts;

•      Assembly Line index;

•      Productivity reports;

•      Manpower Plant budget;

•      Assure delivery of program productivity objective through R&M and process design including FMEAs;

•      Support other activities (plant engineering, process engineering, tooling & gauging, safety, productivity, forward planning, etc.)

•      Model "Team Values and Leadership Behaviors;

•      Interface with plant installation supervisors with appropriate timing and installation documentation, to insure efficient/timely installations;

•      Have a working knowledge of procedures regarding safety, quality and environmental;

•      Use lessons learned to drive continuous improvement;

•      Support production part release process;

 

任职资格：

·         Master degree, mechanical engineering.

·         Excellent oral presentation skills

·         Manpower Planning, Line Design, Process Optimization, Time and Motion Studies, Plant Floor and Productivity Improvement, Capacity Analysis & Ergonomics

·         Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills

·         Process Discipline, Project Management Skills, and Quality mindset

·         Strong Analytical Skills, Excellent Computer Skill

Graduate Trainee Automated Driving Engineer- 自动驾驶技术毕业培训生

 

工作地点：Nanjing

 

所属部门：Product Development

 

工作职责：

 

•Research engineer developing innovative automated driving features.

 

•Capturing requirements and creation of specifications for connected vehicle, active safety and driver assistance systems.

 

•Modelling and simulation of vehicle connectivity, active safety and driver assistance systems with CAE tools (e.g. Matlab, Simulink).

 

•Implementation and evaluation of software algorithms in the vehicle using Rapid Prototyping Tools (e.g. CANalyzer, dSpace)

 

•Frequent interaction with global product development teams and suppliers.

 

 

 

任职资格：

 

•Master degree or above.

 

•Fluent in both oral and written English

 

•Practical experience with software tools such as Matlab, Simulink, and CANalyzer

 

•Preferable background in electrical and vehicle communications

 

•Excellent communication skills and demonstrated initiative with integrity, teamwork orientation, and high intelligence level

 

•Internship experience in Auto Industry preferred
