Technology Trainee

Join us as Technology Trainee, you can experience the whole product development and application process with JM leading technical group.

 You will join in the new products development process of competitive gasoline and diesel emission control technology, focusing on raw material development with suppliers, formulation design, sample preparation like TWC (Three-Way Catalyst), DOC (diesel oxidation catalyst), filter coating (GPF, DPF and SCRF) and SCR (selective catalytic reduction). 

Experience the process development work of new formulation, alternative material and process/equipment, transferring these new technologies to production team and realizing their application in mass production. You can also have opportunity to directly face to our customers to present technical proposals and support. 

Operation Trainee

Join us as Operation Trainee, you can experience the whole operation process with JM leading operation group. 

You will join in the production process of competitive diesel emission control technology, focusing on supporting solving main technical issues regarding production processes, product quality, coordinating transfer of product from development to production and recommending improvements to processes used in production.

 Join in the process optimization, product quality control, EHS management, asset management of the plant. Experience in the general type of maintenance in relation to technical failure to equipment as well as to living Plant Maintenance Controller in conducting technical related equipment management. 

Join in ensuring that all materials and equipment are available to support production needs. You can also have opportunity to join all planning processes are available to support business needs.

Qualifications：

     Fresh Graduates from 1st -tier universities with Bachelor, Master and PhD degree;

     Major in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering and related;

     Academic Excellence (e.g. Cumulative GPA > 2.8);

     Focus on Technology & Manufacturing Proficiency in English;

     Internship Experience in MNC preferred.
