基金是一家注册于海外的美元对冲基金，全球股票多空策略为主（公司有独立的全球宏观类和独立的A股策略基金）。基金以发掘 alpha 为投资目标，以自下而上的基本面研究与跟踪方式不断的试图发现市场短期和长期对基本面产生的定价错误和市场不有效性。美元全球多空基金现今由6位投资人士组成，团队过往工作经历就职于下述机构的投资岗位：Morgan Stanley (London), Merrill Lynch (London), Marshall Wace (London), Lansdowne (London), IDG (Beijing), Goldman Sachs (HK), Fortress (HK).

| 职位描述 | 实习生岗位 1: 全球互联网行业分析师 能进行数据采集，分析和独立的行业研究 需要对社交和网购产品属性有深刻理解和对产品变化保持较高敏感度 需要有洞察力，对产品变化带来的影响进行推导和判断 能进行高效的沟通和表达自己的发现和研究成果 Strong interest in investing and public equity markets Inquisitive mind and intellectual curiosity Able to analyse and relate real life observation to potential investment opportunities 实习生岗位 2: 全球消费行业分析师 Job Descriptions • Intern will assist research and evaluate investment ideas in the global consumer sector • Draw upon a wide array of information sources (SEC data, company meetings, business publications, etc.) to help assess differentiated investment ideas and insights • Build and maintain earnings models and informational databases such as valuation and comparative analyses • Conduct on site pricing and product research, provide concise feedback to the team. Job Qualifications • Undergraduate or graduate student from top tier university • Prior internship experience at top level professional institution • Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis, financial modeling and optimization is desired • Clear written and oral communication skills will be essential to success in this role • Ability to work effectively in a team environment is an absolute must • Highly motivated and self-starter • Detail-orientation is essential • Strong organization skills, with ability to multi-task priorities • Intellectually curious and constantly seeking ways to improve upon existing processes • Passion for, and interest in, financial markets and investing • Strong qualitative and quantitative skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point 实习生岗位 3: 全球工业行业分析师 Job Description Conduct independent research and fundamental analysis of global cyclical sectors - including petrochemical, industrials, automotive and etc · Read and interpret financial statements, broker reports and other pertinent sources of investment information Compile data from multiple sources and develop detailed financial models on covered companies Provide investment recommendations or forecasts to the team while keeping the team updated on a regular basis of any changes to the recommendations or forecasts · Maintain a general knowledge of the global investment climate, market conditions and economic environment Job Requirement · Ability to build and analyze detailed financial model Strong understanding of the investment management industry · Solid understanding of macroeconomics, equity markets and stocks for global markets · Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate financial analysis and recommendations · Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages, Mandarin is a must · Demonstrated analytical thinker with the ability to contribute actively to team discussions | ||||||||||
