RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1          Good host to answer the internal and external phone call

 

2          Greeting visitors with professional corporate image

 

3          Ensure the safety and security of office by controlling in/out visitors, report immediately for any unusual situation.

 

4          Receive and screen all the daily faxes, letters, EMS, express & documents and distribute them to responsible person timely. - Meeting rooming booking assistance and facility checking

 

5          Maintain meeting rooms in good order at all times

 

6          Coordinate with office administration works

 

7          Support daily operations when needed

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

1          Qualifications - college degree or above

 

2          Good understanding of general network communication technologies

 

3          Fluent in English, speaking as well as writing

 

4          Good communication skills and coordination capability

 

5          Service minded

 

6          Positive, self-driven and open minded
