公司官网:ww***com[点击查看] 专业1:生物科学，技术 职能类别:客服专员/助理 Job Title: Customer Service Specialist Reports to: Commercial Manager Job Purpose: The role will involve supporting the department with answering customer queries, processing orders and assisting with general administration work etc. Duties: -Responsible for end users and distributors enquiries through different medium, phone, emails/ CCEs etc. with excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skills -Handle end users and distributors enquiries and resolve their concerns / complaints in compliance with internal SOP -Handle customer complaints from various channels with first priority and in professional manner -Address all customer complaints immediately and escalate to Manager as necessary -Provide professional service and prompt assistance timely, precisely and tactfully -Cooperate with other teams and team members to ensure timely resolution of end users and distributors requests and issues -Follow operational guidelines in accordance with company’s requirements and procedures Summary of Job Requirements: Education, training and qualifications: Diploma or Equivalent Specific skills and abilities: -Basic working English (written and spoken) -Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal -Ability to priorities and meet deadlines -Attention to detail -Competent use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and internal systems (CRM, order etc.) Personal traits: -Organized & methodical -Team player -Ability to work independently -Polite -Confident -Proactive -Enthusiastic -Good people skills
