Team meeting assistance: - Supporting Manager in organizing monthly team meeting with International department team - Members. - Attending team meetings - Assisting with: Translating and summarizing Chinese spoken meetings to the account manager. - Support Managers in writing meeting minutes of the International account team - And sending to all the team member. Online platforms assistance: - Communicating with the professional designers on specific designing project. - Assisting with online promotions: Official We Chat account management, designing flyers for online promotions. - On duty for responding to online requests from we chat groups. Clinic activities coordination: - Dealing with both pre and post logistics related to classes coordination – (Checking room availability, assisting the coordinator with getting equipment ready). - In charge of registration for activities at the clinic - In charge of collecting and filing feedback of participants - Other duties as required by the Marketing Manager & Membership Manager - Participate in specific project work as required Desired skills & experience - Strong passion for the medical field and to promoting people’s health and wellbeing. - Native-level fluency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese - Excellent command of spoken and written English - Graphic designing skills such as we chat platforms design and flyers design skills (Photoshop) are preferred. - Student major in Marketing / Communications / European Languages/ medicine / nursing related preferred - Computer literacy, including Outlook, Word, Excel - Strong organizational and social communication skills, initiative and results-driven, proactive attitude, High spirit.
