INVISTA's Performance Solutions (PS) business is currently seeking an experienced candidate who is a self-starter that can drive change and deliver superior results for the position of Supply Chain Planning Order Fulfillment Analyst, Shanghai. This position will be based in our China, Shanghai office.
This position will report directly to Planning supervisor, based in Shanghai.
Responsibilities:

Keep track of the key milestones of sales order and work with customer service to handle exceptions related to Available to promise (ATP) and outbound delivery (OBD), and meet monthly on time delivery target;

Work with supply planner and customer service to monitor the material available date change to perform Re-ATP and make sure downstream team is informed.

Work with supply planner to resolve the exceptions on intercompany PO to meet the required service level;

Coordinating with commercial, demand planner, supply planner to resolve supply shortage and drive allocation when necessary.

Material creation/extension

Work with master data governance team to trouble shoot the issues related to material master data

Work with customer service and operation team to make sure merge & style table are accurately and timely maintained
Requirements:

Minimum 1 years' experience in supply chain planning

Excellent understanding of supply chain and optimization methodology.

Proven track records in successful process improvements and/or cost optimization implementation

Proficiency in English both in oral and written communication and good presentation skill

Proactive, strong analytical, critical and economical thinking and good problem solving skills

At least a bachelor degree holder or equivalent in Industrial Engineering (Logistics Engineering / Logistics Management / Operation Management / Systems Engineering / Supply Chain Management)
Preferences:

Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, Visio and Project

An MBA or a Master in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering graduate is highly desirable.
