1. 根据部门发展策略目标和资产保护部经理的业务计划,配合资产保护经理构建商场的资产保护方案,通过执行工作计划、有效沟通及跟进,确保目标的完成,有效降低商场运作风险

2. 根据国家的相关法律法规及公司的政策程序要求,通过实施检查、协助组织演习等评估本商场在消防、建筑/财产安全、人员安全、职业健康等方面的风险,并根据检查和演习中发现的机会点和例外,从管理或流程的角度提出有效解决方案,防范重大事故的发生,保障人员财产的安全以及商场的业务连续性.
According to relevant national laws, regulations and the company's policies and procedures, evaluate operational risks in aspects of fire safety, construction / property safety, personnel safety, occupation health and others through implementation of inspection, assisting in organizing exercises. Propose effective solutions regarding management or process improvement to prevent the occurrence of major accidents, protect personnel and personnel and property and ensure business continuity of the store security and shopping malls.
3. 配合经理进行人员财产事故调查,分析产生事故的根本原因,推动事故责任部门制定有效的改进方案并持续跟进方案的落实情况,预防事故的再次发生。

4. 有效运用AP业务数据监测平台、Secure系统、商场系统、报告等资源,并通过现场审核、回顾各程序办公室的流程综合分析商场在零售损耗、鲜食损耗及流程控制方面的管理情况,及时识别商场的损失风险,并就发现的问题提出解决方案。与相关部门进行有效的沟通和合作,提升商场人员的防损意识,跟进并推动改进方案的落实,降低商场的损失,提高商场的利润表现.

5. 利用公司各项业务系统,依据要求完成对商场的关键营运流程、年度盘点及鲜食盘点、费用/收入情况的回顾和核查,识别其中的关键机会点并提出合理化建议,确保商场运营标准的一致性、数据的真实准确,并减少商场的利润损失。

6. 根据公司的指引及本商场的情况,计划组织所在商场开展生命安全、消防安全、损失管理、诚信等方面的宣传活动及培训,提高商场员工风险管理和损失管理的意识和技能。
