Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately and timely handle customer orders;
- Responsible for developing, improving, and completing related processes in SAP system;
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery staff to conduct the delivery process;
- Responsible for the internal and external communication to ensure the successful completion of the work according to customer needs;
- Properly handle contingent requirement change and urgent order;
- Quick & proper responses to customer complaints and requests.
- Other tasks assigned by CS supervisor
Requirements,
- College degree;
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word/Office/Outlook);
- Good communication skills;
- Good oral and written English;
- Responsible, team player.
