Position: HR Intern (Shanghai)
Internship period: now till June 2017, 4 days a week
Job Responsibilities:
· To assist the local HR to process overall HR programs;
· Support on staff resignation/internal transfer/secondment process;
· Prepare monthly headcount and attrition report;
· Assist local HR to process the performance review program;
· Maintain and follow up sick leave and annual leave report;
· Support on related meeting PPT;
· To fulfill the others assigned HR works.
Requirements:
· College above majored in Human Resources is prefer;
· Excellent written and Oral English;
· Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially for Excel
· Good analytical skills (Clear thinker)
· Strong professional attitude & Communication Skills, assertiveness
· Be careful
· Proactive thinking & Quick Action orientated
· People orientated
· Strong sense of responsibility
· Strong interest in HR Job & Strong passion on learning.
· Be Stable
